A. Please email sales@olympicblinds.co.uk with your request. Alternatively you can visit your nearest retailer to see the full range of fabrics and pick up a swatch.
Q. How long will I have to wait for my blind?
A. We aim to despatch all orders within 7-10 working days.
Q. How secure is my payment online?
A. We use Secure Trading to process card transactions online and to ensure high standards of security and peace of mind for our customers.
Q. Do you have a brochure?
A. We do not currently have a brochure to send out, but we update our website regularly with new fabric and product options.
Q. What is the difference between inside recess and outside recess fitting?
A. Inside the recess is the best way to combine your blind with curtains, and is generally the best way to screen out light. Outside the recess is the easiest way to fit your blind if curtains will not be used on the window.
Q. How do I measure my window for blinds?
A. Please refer to the how to measure page where we have given detailed instructions and some handy hints. If you would prefer to have your blinds professionally fitted please consult your nearest retailer.
Q. What happens if I make a mistake in the measurements?

Q. Do you charge for postage?
A. We charge a small fee of £8.00 per delivery.
